Nova Wellness Membership · Roseland, NJ
A Wellness Membership for Long-Term Health
Your care starts with a complimentary 15-minute discovery call. We’ll discuss what you’re looking for, explore whether Nova is the right fit for your needs, and explain our fees, onboarding process, and what membership includes—and doesn’t include—before you decide whether to move forward with a 90-minute physician consultation.

The Practice
Built by Two Physicians Who Believed Medicine Could Be Better
The medical system most adults know allots about seven minutes to a visit, reacts to disease after it arrives, and rarely leaves room for the questions that matter. Nova was founded as a deliberate alternative: a small, independent practice where an internist and a cardiologist share the full picture of your health, and where the time, the diagnostics, and the follow-through are set to a standard we would want for our own families. The Practice
Your Physicians
Two Physicians, One Plan
Dr. Knight, an internist and integrative medicine physician, and Dr. Di Giorgio, a cardiologist, share one plan for each patient, so your heart, hormones, and metabolism are looked at together.

One Membership. Composed Around You.
We offer a single membership rather than a menu of tiers. What follows is its foundation; the emphasis, the cadence, and the clinical focus are shaped to each member during the first months of care.
I.
A Physician Who Knows You
Your care is led personally by Dr. Jennifer Knight and Dr. Chris Di Giorgio, whose combined practice spans integrative internal medicine, women’s health, and preventive cardiology. Initial consultations run ninety minutes. Follow-up visits are never rushed, and both physicians remain conversant with your case, so the whole of your health lives in one place. Includes a direct line to your care team, answered within one business day.
II.
Diagnostics Beyond the Standard Panel
Each membership year is anchored by a comprehensive assessment: advanced lipid analysis including ApoB and Lp(a), full thyroid and sex-hormone panels, inflammation and insulin-resistance markers, micronutrient status, DEXA body composition, and VO₂ max testing. Where your case calls for it, we extend to continuous glucose monitoring, genomic insights, and coordination of advanced cancer screening, including Galleri multi-cancer detection and whole-body MRI. Includes a direct line to your care team, answered within one business day.
III.
A Plan That Lives
Findings become a written plan spanning hormonal health, nutrition, strength and body composition, sleep, stress physiology, and, where appropriate, medication and peptide therapies alongside conventional care. The plan is not an artifact of your first visit. It is reviewed with your physician each quarter and revised as your labs, your season of life, and your priorities change.
IV.
Access and Continuity
Members are seen within days, not months, with priority scheduling held for urgent concerns. We coordinate directly with your existing specialists, prepare you for appointments elsewhere, and make certain that nothing about your care is fragmented across systems that do not speak to one another.
V.
The Wider Practice
Membership extends into the life of the practice: members-only access to the Nova IV Lounge, red light therapy, BrainTap sessions, InBody body composition tracking, preferred member pricing on supplements and aesthetic services, and first consideration when a spouse or partner wishes to join. Spouse and partner inquiries are welcome.
VI.
A Multidisciplinary Team, Included
Your membership extends beyond your physicians. You’ll also have access to Nova’s multidisciplinary care team, including a Nurse Practitioner, Registered Dietitian, Exercise Physiologist, and Health Coach—all included in your membership fee and working together to support your personalized care plan.
A Note on Fees
Discussed in Person. Confirmed in Writing.
We are sometimes asked why Nova does not publish its membership fee. The reason is that the fee follows the medicine, and the medicine is never generic. Two members of the same age can require entirely different depths of care. A published price would either overstate what one of them needs or understate what the other deserves, and we are unwilling to do either.
What we can promise is candor. During your private consultation, fees are discussed openly and precisely, and the full terms of membership are given to you in writing before you are asked to decide anything at all.
Nova is an independent practice and does not contract with insurers. That independence is a clinical decision, not a commercial one: it is what pays for the ninety-minute visit, the diagnostics your case actually calls for, and a physician whose only obligation in the room is to you.
Fees are due at the time of service. We’re happy to accept HSA or FSA cards when they process successfully. If they do not, we can provide a receipt for payment received, which you may submit to your HSA or FSA administrator for consideration for reimbursement.
Every prospective member receives the complete terms and fee in writing at their consultation, and no one is asked to decide in the room.

Your Path to Membership.
Four Unhurried Steps
I.
Complimentary Discovery Call
Start with a complimentary 15-minute conversation about your health needs and what you’re looking for in your care. We’ll explore whether Nova may be a good fit and clearly explain fees, onboarding, and membership inclusions and exclusions before you make a commitment.
II.
90-Minute Physician Consultation
If you decide to move forward, your care begins with an in-depth 90-minute physician consultation. We take a deep dive into your medical history, current health, concerns, goals, and priorities, then develop a personalized diagnostic plan to guide what comes next.
III.
Advanced Diagnostic Testing
Your diagnostic plan may include advanced laboratory testing, imaging, body composition analysis, cardiovascular evaluation, or other appropriate assessments. We use these findings to map your physiology more comprehensively and identify opportunities to personalize your care.
IV.
Continued Care Membership
Ongoing care continues through quarterly membership cycles. Your physicians and multidisciplinary team use your results, progress, and evolving goals to guide your care over time. Membership renews quarterly, with no longer-term commitment required.
On Availability
We cap the practice at one hundred and fifty members per physician.† When the panel is full, we hold a waiting list rather than compromise the standard of care that members joined for.
Considered Questions
Before Your Visit
Asked Often. Answered Plainly.
Why aren’t fees listed on the website?
We discuss fees plainly during your complimentary discovery call, along with the onboarding process and what is and isn’t included in membership. We want you to understand the full commitment before deciding whether to move forward with your 90-minute physician consultation.
Does Nova replace my current doctors?
No. Nova is designed to add value to your existing medical team, not replace it. We work to bring the different pieces of your health together, go deeper where traditional care may not have the time or resources to do so, and help fill gaps in prevention, diagnostics, lifestyle medicine, and long-term health planning.
Do you accept insurance?
No. Nova is independent of insurance networks, which is precisely what allows ninety-minute visits and diagnostics chosen on merit rather than coverage.
We’re happy to accept HSA or FSA cards when they process successfully. If they do not, we can provide a receipt for payment received, which you may submit to your HSA or FSA administrator for consideration for reimbursement.
Who is membership for?
Usually one of two kinds of people: those who feel well and intend to stay that way for decades through serious prevention, and those who no longer feel like themselves and want physicians willing to look deeper than a reassuring lab report. The membership is the same for both; the emphasis of the care is what differs.
How limited is membership, truly?
Genuinely limited, because the arithmetic of unhurried medicine allows nothing else. A physician who gives ninety minutes to a first visit cannot carry the several-thousand-patient panel that conventional practices do. When we reach capacity, we open a waiting list and keep our word to the members we already serve.

We started Nova because the appointments we were trained to give were too short for the questions our patients were asking. That is why a first visit here is 90 minutes, and why the two of us work from the same plan. We both see patients in Roseland, and we would be glad to meet you.
